Abuja Technology Village Free Zone (ATV)

Abuja Technology Village Free Zone (ATV) aspires to become Africa’s preferred technology research, incubation, development and outsourcing destination where technology businesses will be provided a balanced lifestyle environment to operate with competitive advantages. The businesses will have access to Africa’s largest consumer market and its largest economy by GDP, equidistant proximity to every part of Nigeria and easy access to key global destinations. The Flagship House, designed by a top US architectural firm, Ehrlich Architects, is catalytic to other developments in the STP/SEZ and is very strategic to the overall success of the project. The goal is for this building to be built guided by the modern urban designs, sustainable design guidelines and, building and construction codes already produced to guide the ATV development. The project is expected to achieve LEED-Gold standard certification. The estimated cost is $33 million. The built up area is 11,700 Sqm.
