Sterling Project Management is a construction consultancy firm
founded in 2009 to undertake Construction and Project Management
Services.
The Lead Consultant is Mr. Andrew Ndung’u Mwaura who is a
graduate in Construction Management from the University of Cape
Town with varied experience in Construction and Project Management
both locally and internationally. Within the team are several associates
whose professional services are sought from time to time as and
when need arises.
At Sterling we provide a full range cost-effective, quality, construction
management services for residential to complex commercial projects.
Our construction management team has extensive experience in the
construction industry including engineering, project management,
scheduling and environmental compliance.
We work with our clients to make the construction process stress-free
by confirming that construction documents are as clear as possible
and ensuring consistency between the drawings, specifications and
legal guidelines.

Mr. Andrew Mwaura is a holder of a Construction Management degree from the University of Cape Town. He has wide and varied experience in the Construction and Project Management field, both locally and internationally.
